Como Ingeniero de Métodos SR desempeñarás un rol clave para asegurar que el sistema de manufactura de Aearo Technologies de Baja se establezca, implemente y mantenga conforme a los criterios indicados en el AS9100, con la finalidad de que el producto y servicio proporcionado al cliente, cumpla siempre con los requisitos establecidos en las áreas de manufactura en la división de Ingenieria de Aearo Technologies de Baja en Ensenada Baja California.

Mantener la administración de la configuración a través de documentación del cliente.
Asistir a las celdas de producción.
Desarrollo de proyectos de Ingeniería.

Las habilidades y experiencia que buscamos

Para preparar tu camino hacia el éxito en esta posición desde el primer día, 3M está en búsqueda de candidatos que cuenten con:

Licenciatura, Ingeniería preferente.
2 años de experiencia en procesos de manufactura.
Ingles intermedio o superior.
Conocimientos CAD, SAP

Experiencia y habilidades adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener aún más éxito en este rol:

Experiencia en introducción de primeros artículos.

Interpretación de planos de ingeniería.

Lean Manufacturing.

Desarrollo de trabajo mediante evaluación de desempeño.
