Aon is looking for an Investment Consulting Operations Associate Responsibilities: Gather financial information from external sources and compile and calculate the appropriate data needed to support fund operations Maintain and reconcile financial data and support schedules to help ensure the funds are operating within established guidelines Compile data and respond to inquiries from third parties for compliance filings with regulatory bodies, auditors, and investors Provide ad-hoc reporting on the underlying investments to support fund expenses, fees, and other operational activities Interact with portfolio managers, investment managers, fund administrators, and custodians to communicate status and clearly raise issues Drive enhancements and innovations to existing processes and implement new processes for new funds and responsibilities Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field. 0-2+ years of accounting or finance experience Highly proficient skills in MS Excel Outstanding attention to detail for compiling complex financial information An interest in the financial services industry The ability to learn new specialty applications and portals Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $64,000 to $70,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
