We have built a strong product, secured significant partnerships, and grown quickly. The global opportunity remains substantial, and we are still early in our journey. This gives our people the chance to take ownership, influence how we work, and grow alongside the business.
We are now expanding our Credit Decisions team to meet growing demand for our technology and services.

- Validate the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information provided for each deal.
- Clearly document the reasoning behind each decision.
- Escalate complex or higher-risk applications when appropriate.
- Work closely with other teams to support consistent decision-making.
- Manage applications efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Suggest improvements to processes, controls, automation, and internal tools.
- Contribute feedback as YouLend’s credit decisioning processes continue to develop.
