How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Define, establish, and enforce global content quality, structural standards, taxonomy, lifecycle management, and harmonization guidelines across all knowledge assets.
- Coordinate the KM Managers network across regions and business units to align regional content roadmaps with broader organizational knowledge strategies.
- Monitor KM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collaborate directly with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to drive continuous improvement in content efficiency and accessibility.
- Engage the Adoption Team to reinforce training, drive user engagement, and effectively communicate new platform features or governance updates.
- Continuously evaluate content quality through analytics, dashboards, and user feedback mechanisms, collaborating with KM Managers to resolve identified operational issues.
Are you a MATCH?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Knowledge Management,
- Content Strategy, or Information Architecture, preferably within a global or matrix organization.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional and cross-geography networks/teams.
