NVIDIA is at the forefront of high-performance computing, AI, and advanced networking. Our lab environments are the backbone of our engineering success, and we're growing our infrastructure and lab team to meet growing demand across internal development groups. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced lab environment, with a passion for complicated systems, precision, and new technologies like liquid cooling.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operate and maintain lab infrastructure — including racking, cabling, servers, networking, and cooling systems
  • Perform physical racking, stacking, cabling, and cooling infrastructure setup
  • Install and maintain liquid cooling systems for lab equipment, including manifold connections, cold plate maintenance, leak detection, and coolant management
  • Provide first-line support to internal engineering teams, translating technical requests into executable infrastructure tasks
  • Maintain structured inventory and asset tracking, ensuring efficient lab operations and hardware allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, R&D, DevOps) to enable seamless lab support and system deployment
  • Document and implement standard operating procedures, safety practices, and hardware lifecycle policies
  • Implement solutions for automated workflows, equipment monitoring, and lab performance analysis

What We Need to See:

  • Practical / BSc in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineer
  • 2+ years in infrastructure support, lab operations, or related hardware-based environments
  • Hands-on experience with liquid cooling technologies — installation, maintenance, and safety handling
  • Proficiency with Linux, bash scripting, and common IT troubleshooting methods
  • Familiarity with enterprise servers, networking gear, and servers management
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in independent work, prioritizing urgent tasks, and delivering under tight deadlines
  • Excellent English writing and oral communication skills

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Experience with NVIDIA platforms, DOCA, or DPU labs
  • Knowledge of lab automation, DevOps pipelines, or CI/CD integration in test environments
  • Experience with liquid-cooled high-density racks or data center thermal optimization
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and hardware documentation tools

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Liquid Cooling, Hardware Infrastructure, Lab Operations, Networking, and Linux. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
