Job Description:

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortliche Leitung der täglichen operativen Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung der Prozessoptimierung sowie der Mitarbeiterführung nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen inkl. aller Krankheits- und Urlaubsvertretungen
  • Backup für Team Leader
  • Verantwortung für die Lager- und Prozessqualität
  • Dokumentation und Archivierung aller Lieferpapiere
  • Optimierung eingesetzter Systeme
  • Koordination der Logistikpartner
  • Ansprechpartner des Kunden
  • Abrechnung Serviceleistungen
  • Reporting auf täglicher und wöchentlicher Basis
  • Personal und Investitionsplanung
  • Wareneingangshandling (Annahme, Prüfung, Buchung, Einlagerung)
  • Kommissionierung der Ware
  • Warenausgang und Versand (Prüfung, Verpacken, Erstellen Versandpapiere, Beladung)
  • Einhaltung der Handling Vorschriften
  • Empfang der Begleitpapiere des Fahrers (Entgegennahme und Prüfung)
  • Prüfung der Papiere auf Vollständigkeit
  • Erstellung von Versanddokumente
  • Festhalten und Klärung von Abweichungen
  • Bereithaltung von Klärplatz sowie regelmäßige und zuverlässige Bearbeitung von Klärfällen
  • Umsetzung von wechselnde Serviceanforderungen des Kunden
  • Regelmäßige Prüfung der Hilfsmittel im Lager (Stapler, Hubwagen, etc.)
  • Einhaltung der internen und externen bzw. gesetzlichen Vorschriften

Ihr Profil:

  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft Lagerlogistik
  • Einschlägige Berufs- sowie erste Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Logistikumfeld
  • Kenntnisse in Personalführung
  • EDV Kenntnisse in MS-Office und ggf. weiteren Programmen
  • WMS Erfahrung
  • Koordinations- und Organisationstalent
  • Belastbarkeit, Mobilität, Flexibilität
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
