Learning Coordinatorは、ラーニングエクスペリエンスマネージャー、サイトリード、エリアマネージャー、シフトアシスタント、ソートアソシエイト、外部協力会社などと協業して、拠点のすべてのトレーニング関連のアクティビティをコーディネートし、プログラムの円滑化に責任をもちます。
また、サイト内で割り当てられた教育に関する進捗管理を担当いただきます。複数拠点ごとに1名のポジションのため、主体性をもってご自身で業務を進めていただきます。

Key job responsibilities
■具体的な業務内容
・関連のプログラム（入社研修・安全研修）のトレーニングが高品質で提供されているかを確認し、品質を担保する
・拠点/地域のニーズに基づいてトレーニングセッションの調整、入職者の受け入れ準備
・パフォーマンスを確認し、再トレーニングの機会をサポートする
・トレーニングプログラムの効果を確認し、トラックする
・トレーニングプログラムが標準作業となっていることを確実にする為プログラムへの遵守をモニタリング
・スキル開発（スキルクラスやクロストレーニングなどに参加し、実施すること）を継続する
・個人やグループの開発ニーズを評価する
・ワークフローと日々の生産目標を理解する。
・問題を解決し、迅速かつ生産的に対応し、特定の問題のリソースとして役立ち、解決するための適切な手順を実行する。
・複数のタスクの優先順位付けを行う。

※勤務はシフト制（夜勤含む）となります。
※他拠点へのサポートのため地域内での出張・転勤の可能性があります。

Basic qualifications

- 人材育成経験2年以上（業界・職種は問わず）
