➣ 役割について
ラーニングスペシャリストは、デリバリーステーションや当日お届けセンターをサポートし、日々の学習体制が問題なく運営されているかを監督します。庫内工程：Under the Roof (UTR) と配送工程：On the Road (OTR) のネットワーク標準学習プログラムが、確実に実施され、一貫して活用されるようにします。ラーニングスペシャリストは、定められたベンチマーク基準の達成、パフォーマンスを維持・向上させるための行動の監査・実施をリードします。このポジションは、最寄りの配送ステーションを拠点とし、必要に応じて各拠点に出張 (25-50%)して業務にあたります。
責任範囲の担当拠点は、着任後に決めますが、日本全国に部下となるメンバーが所属しているため、拠点間を巡回しながらサポートを提供します。

具体的な業務は、以下の通りです。
・ラーニングコーディネーター（LC）とアンバサダーを育成し、アソシエイトのオンボーディング教育、トレーニング、指導のレベルを引き上げ、成功に導く。
・ドライバートオンボーディングアシスタント(DOA)を育成し、Amazon Flex デリバリーパートナーが配達に慣れるよう、オンボーディングプロセスを改良し、成功に導く。
・学習体験をより良くするために、データを追跡し、傾向を分析し、理解する。
・アソシエイトトレーニングコンプライアンス、各プロセスのラーニングカーブ、アンバサダースコアカード、GCAコンプライアンス、GCAの効果、品質、ドライバー向けガイダンスコンプライアンス、クリティカルロールレディネスなどの L&TDの重要な指標を担当地区で管理・推進する。
・日々の生産目標を理解し、学習体制を足掛かりとして活用して、安全・品質・生産性を向上させる標準作業を実施する。
・主要なステークホルダー（オペレーション）から意見を収集し、結果をまとめ、報告をする。
・担当地域のトレーニングプログラム（LogOn）が遂行されているか、管理する。
・新しいL&TDプログラムの実施に際して、現場でサポートする。
・プロセスの変更に際して、その内容が伝達され、導入と採用に向けてチームが準備していることを確実なものにする。
・必要に応じて、トレーニングセッションを調整・推進する。
・安全道場とトレーニング領域の監査、オンサイトでの立ち上げサポートのためのラーニング要件の確認・実行補助。
・L&TDの組織全体が強みと機会を特定できるよう、フィードバックを収集するための方法を管理する。
