AI in this role

We are looking for a Legal Counsel with a strong focus on commercial, especially technology-related contracting, to join our in-house legal team in one of our offices in Helsinki, Turku or Tampere. You will work with colleagues across different business areas and have the opportunity to collaborate extensively with our legal and business colleagues elsewhere in the Nordic countries and globally.

This role requires strong technical expertise combined with a business-oriented mindset.

Your qualifications and skills

A master's degree in law (OTM or LL.M.)
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a commercial legal counsel gained e.g. as in-house or in a law firm, with a focus on ICT/technology-related agreements (including technology transformation, managed services, reseller and alliance agreements, and related arrangements).
Proven experience in negotiating, drafting, and interpreting a wide range of commercial agreements.
Strong understanding of how legal terms and risk allocations translate into commercial, operational, and financial impacts for the business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and practical manner to non-legal stakeholders.
Demonstrated sound business judgment and the ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
