Logistics Operations Administrator /COORDINATEUR EXPRESS

YOUR ROLE

Coordinate Express Import & Export operations, ensure customer satisfaction, monitor customs clearance activities, ensure compliance with service commitments, and act as the interface between customers, the CEVA network, customs authorities, and operational teams.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Administrative Management and Customer Data

• Manage customer accounts in operational systems and dedicated software.
• Ensure the documentary compliance of customer files.
• Ensure the accurate and timely transmission of information to operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and agreed service levels.

2. Express Import & Export Operations Coordination

• Monitor daily Express Import and Export shipments from collection through to final delivery to the customer.
• Perform manifest breakdown and verification.
• Maintain effective communication with the CEVA network, particularly with CEVA Roissy.
• Follow up on the regularization of provisional customs documents to obtain Customs Release Notes (BAE) within the required deadlines.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all Express operations.
• Proactively communicate shipment status and progress updates.
• Manage and monitor customer complaints through to full resolution.
• Contribute to customer retention and the development of existing customer accounts.

4. Billing

• Verify the completeness of files before submission for invoicing.
• Ensure the accuracy of billed services and monitor invoicing timelines.

5. Reporting and Performance Management

• Prepare and update operational dashboards.
• Monitor departmental performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes and propose corrective and preventive actions.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

EDUCATION ET EXPERIENCE

Minimum of a two-year degree (Bac +2), Logistics & Transport

SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Essential

Strong knowledge of international Import/Export transportation operations.

Thorough understanding of Express logistics flows and procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.

Good understanding of billing and invoicing processes.

Professional proficiency in English

Desirable

Excellent proficiency in office and IT tools.

Thorough knowledge of customs clearance procedures, as well as customs regulations and customs techniques.

OTHER INFORMATION

The Express Coordinator must possess strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy, as these are the key qualities required for this position. The incumbent must also demonstrate discretion, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer applications and IT tools is also essential for performing this role effectively.
