- Monitor and improve key maintenance KPIs, including equipment uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventories, and external service providers to optimize cost and performance.
- Partner closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and HSE teams to achieve plant performance targets.
- Identify and lead equipment upgrade, automation, and capital improvement projects.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team through effective leadership, performance management, and capability development.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline).
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience within FMCG manufacturing or a large-scale industrial organization.
- Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager or similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in implementing and sustaining TPM methodologies.
- Strong understanding of maintenance excellence, reliability engineering, and asset management practices.
- Experience managing maintenance teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
