WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:

Support the global teams to identify potential processes to be optimized
Ideate and create solutions collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple geographies
Coordinate and align with the various stakeholders involved
Participate in real projects related to making supply chains more sustainable every day
You will work closely with a core team and will have much responsibility to accomplish your own tasks independently

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree preferred; relevant work experience between Bachelor’s and Master’s preferred (up to 3 years)
Open to a broad range of challenging experiences
Outstanding social and communication skills
Distinctive analytical and problem-solving skills
Global perspective and desire to work abroad
Excellent command of English
Motivation for international exchange and/or business trips abroad

At CMA CGM, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for:
Performance-based bonuses, Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, tuition repayment and paid time off, and Professional development opportunities.
