Title and Summary
Manager, Airport ExperiencesGlobal Cardholder Services is a critical organization within the Consumer Products & Processing business, delivering best in class benefits. With a dual mandate to enhance the Core value proposition and drive services revenue, Cardholder Services is a dynamic and high impact program. The team combines deep product expertise and partner management excellence to deliver industry leading customer experiences.In this role, you will help with the development, optimization and delivery of Airport benefits, including the new Mastercard Collection Travel Pillar. You will manage key partner relationships and ensure seamless execution across product, services and operational teams. You will also play a critical role in ensuring market competitiveness, pricing consistency and differentiation for Mastercard in the Travel vertical. This role supports global asset development, vendor management, issuer communication, coordination with regional teams, and launch timelines. Experience with product ownership and external vendor management is preferred. The ideal candidate excels in communication, works independently, and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
Responsibilities
• Card Benefits Strategy & Development: align with relevant product teams and deliver benefits that enhance customer value and align to global Airport strategy
• Revenue Growth: identify and execute go-to-market strategies that expand monetization of Airport benefits
• Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, negotiating agreements, ensuring quarterly business reviews and monitoring performance against SLAs
• Alignment: ensure benefit initiatives are coordinated across card product teams, integrated into platform roadmaps and correctly set up with operational enablers
• Performance and Reporting: track product KPIs, partner performance and ROI to inform strategic decisions and create continuous improvement
• Global Execution: Support asset development, vendor management, and communication with our issuers across the all regions. You will also be responsible for coordinating with regional teams and managing project timelines from start to finish.
Experience
• Experience in product management, partnerships or related roles in payments, financial services or travel loyalty programs
• Proven track record of managing high-value partner relationships and delivering measurable business results
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue generation, analytics and using data to drive timely decisions
• Excellent communication (verbal and presentation) and stakeholder management skills, including experience working in global, matrixed organizations
• Ability to operate strategically while managing multiple complex initiatives in fast paced environments
