We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager - BI Engineer to lead our Data Quality Program. This role is integral to our TECH-One Data RBG, UAE department, as it ensures the accuracy and reliability of data across business, compliance, risk, finance, and international banking functions. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in implementing, monitoring, and reporting on Critical Data Elements (CDEs), while also aligning with Data Governance policies and regulatory requirements.

Lead the enterprise-wide Data Quality Program, driving initiatives and strategies.
Implement and oversee the monitoring and reporting of Critical Data Elements (CDEs).
Ensure compliance with Data Governance policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with business, compliance, risk, and finance teams to understand data requirements.
Identify and address data quality issues, implementing effective remediation plans.
Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reporting frameworks.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data management.
Provide expertise and guidance to team members on data-related matters.
Foster a data-driven culture and promote the importance of data quality across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering, data quality, or a similar role.
Proven track record in leading and implementing data quality programs.
Strong knowledge of data governance principles and regulatory requirements.
Experience with data management tools and technologies (e.g., ETL, data warehousing).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with data quality frameworks and methodologies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data management.
