The SME Channel Distribution team is seeking an accomplished Director, Global Sales Operations & Analytics to lead sales intelligence, performance reporting, and pipeline governance across a complex global organization.

This leader will define and execute the reporting strategy that enables senior sales leadership to assess pipeline health, opportunity progression, forecast accuracy, and the leading and lagging indicators that drive business performance. The successful candidate will establish a scalable, automated analytics ecosystem that delivers actionable insight, strengthens commercial discipline, and enables consistent, data-driven decisions across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the global strategy and operating cadence for pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and broader business performance reporting.
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, automated dashboards and analytics solutions that meet executive and regional business needs.
• Define and monitor leading and lagging indicators that strengthen predictability, identify performance risks, and support growth objectives.
• Establish global standards for pipeline governance, data integrity, and reporting consistency across regions.
• Translate complex data into clear business narratives, actionable insights, and executive-level recommendations.
• Influence and align cross-functional leaders to improve operating processes, business visibility, decision quality, and organizational effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
• Significant leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a closely related discipline within a complex, global organization.
• Deep expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, KPI frameworks, and sales performance management, with a record of improving commercial outcomes.
• Demonstrated success developing enterprise-scale automated reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools, combined with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Proven ability to operate with autonomy, exercise sound judgment, navigate ambiguity, and influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, highly analytical leader with strong technical acumen and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a dynamic, evolving environment. They will bring sound judgment, executive presence, and a bias for action, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, shape direction, and mobilize stakeholders around clear priorities. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations leaders, advancing visibility, forecasting rigor, operational effectiveness, and sustainable business growth.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Pay Ranges

Purchase, New York: $145,000 - $232,000 USD
