Lead end-to-end talent lifecycle and workforce transformation programs for GO-AI's associate annotation workforce.
As GO-AI evolves from a labor-led service to a tech-enabled operation, this role is the engine of workforce transformation, ensuring associates are skilled for emerging AI-augmented work, leaders are developed at every level, and talent mobility systems connect workforce supply to program demand with minimal friction.
Key job responsibilities
• Own and evolve the talent programs portfolio across four sub-verticals: Talent Development, Instructional Design, Internal Communications, and Data Insights, ensuring they operate as a unified system serving all Ops pillars
• Own the high-volume hiring pipeline for annotation associates, including assessment design, intake criteria, onboarding velocity targets, and quality-of-hire measurement
• Build and deliver the AI workforce readiness strategy, including upskilling curriculum, digital learning paths, and proficiency certification for associates and leaders operating in AI-augmented workflows
• Define career architecture for evolving roles, establishing progression criteria, skill taxonomies, and readiness assessments at each transition point
• Design and maintain competency certification frameworks that define the skill assessments and certification gates governing cross-pillar workforce movement
• Drive leadership development programs, ensuring structured learning pathways exist at each career transition and measuring leadership effectiveness as a standard metric
• Own retention and engagement levers including employee sentiment platforms, recognition programs, and communications that connect associates across India and Costa Rica to organizational direction
• Lead and develop a geographically distributed team across India and Costa Rica, spanning program managers, instructional designers, communications specialists, and data insights analyst
About the team
GO-AI is a technology enablement organization that accelerates the development and enhances the performance of AI-based robotic and automation solutions for Amazon Robotics (AR) and key Worldwide Operations programs. We combine human expertise with machine learning to produce high-quality training data, validate model outputs, and continuously improve AI system performance across many annotation programs and a large global workforce.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 6+ years of learning & development, talent management, or program management experience
- Experience managing complex curriculum portfolios or learning solution lifecycles for large learner populations (1,000+)
- Experience designing competency or certification frameworks at scale
- Experience managing programs across multiple geographies and cultures
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in AI/ML operations, data annotation, or expert workforce environments
- Experience with workforce mobility, internal talent marketplace, or skills-based talent systems that feed automated workforce allocation decisions
- Experience with high-volume associate hiring pipelines including assessment design and onboarding program ownership
- Experience deploying AI-enabled learning tools (LLM-based training, adaptive learning platforms, AI-powered content generation)
- Experience driving cultural engagement and retention programs
