The role of the Manager-QS is to support post-contract commercial management of data center projects from an Employer perspective, including cost control, contract administration, variation and payment management ensuring compliance with contractual and corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage interim payment applications (IPCs), valuation and certification
Assess and negotiate variations, change orders and contractor claims
Maintain cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections
Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC or equivalent forms
Support final account preparation and close-out
Ensure compliance with commercial governance and audit requirements
Coordinate with PMT, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

8â12 years total QS / Commercial experience
Minimum 5 years in data center or mission-critical projects
Strong post-contract experience (payments, variations, claims)
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of FIDIC or standard forms of contract
