Figma has an incredible team and you'll work closely with other groups including Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Community. As our Manager, SMB Sales, you will develop a team of Account Executives responsible for continuing the growth of our product suite.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
- Lead a team of Account Executives to foster an environment of success
- Enable the success of the team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through a high velocity inbound and outbound sales motion
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside your team to support deal progression and coach in real time
- Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives
- Interview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and company
- Manage and analyze the performance of your team including accurate forecasting, pipeline generation, and activity metrics
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
- 1+ year of velocity sales account executive management experience
- Experience leading, building, and growing successful, collaborative, and hard-working sales teams
- Consistent history of leading over-performing sales teams, with a track record of developing strong customer relationships and an emphasis on satisfaction
- Track record of navigating change effectively in a growing organization
- Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
- Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company
- Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
- Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology
