Position Summary
As a member of the T1 Manufacturing Operations shift team, the employee is directly responsible for managing a team of 4 to 15 manufacturing specialists that maintain the flow of production through sections of the line, during their shift, while achieving world class speed and quality. Duties of a Manufacturing Supervisor include but are not limited to people-management and all the ensuing duties that encompass it, troubleshooting advanced production issues through the use of a computer; making decisions based on best known methods or operating procedures; tracking, documenting, and communicating production roadblocks; and working as a team with outside departments to improve manufacturing performance.Role and Responsibilities

- Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must be able to coordinate and communicate technical information to and from all levels of the organization.
- A history of “hands-on” approach to problem solving and countermeasure implementation within own areas of responsibility
- Proactive and self-driven approach to overcome challenges and achieve results
- Basic knowledge of relevant programming languages: Visual Basic (Excel), Oracle, Secs, PL/SQL, SQL.
- Basic data analysis skills; analyzing & interpreting data.
- Experience in manufacturing sciences (Theory of Constraints, Lean Manufacturing, Capacity Planning, and Flow Optimization)
- Workhours: B Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays
Skills and Qualifications
Here's What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred
- 3-5 years prior management/supervisory experience preferred
- 1-year minimum experience with demonstrated success in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, six sigma, or project management
The current base salary range for this role is between $85,000- $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
This position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws. Employment may be contingent on either the applicant verifying that the applicant falls under the “U.S. Person” definition (including U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, and those granted U.S. asylum or refugee status) or the employer timely obtaining any necessary export license under federal law. The employer evaluates export licensing on a case-by-case basis and may decline to proceed with a job applicant in its sole discretion, as export license applications can take many weeks to process.
