Marketing Manager | MAF Entertainment | Marketing

ROLE SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase admissions, and foster customer loyalty for our Leisure and Entertainment brands (Activate, SOCO, Magic Planet, Explorers, Yalla Bowling, iFly and new concepts).This person will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive business across the region.

ROLE PROFILE

Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies for Leisure & Entertainment brands, including new launches and initiatives.
Lead the planning, delivery, and optimization of marketing campaigns, activations, events, and partnerships.
Manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
Utilize consumer insights, market data, and analytics to create targeted marketing strategies and improve performance.
Identify cross-promotional opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer reach.
Lead, support, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and ROI analysis to ensure cost-effective and impactful execution.
Monitor campaign effectiveness, industry trends, competitor activity, and compliance requirements to drive brand growth and ensure adherence to corporate and legal standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably within leisure, entertainment, retail, or hospitality sectors.
Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies across multiple brands and campaigns.
Strong expertise in managing marketing budgets, campaign timelines, media planning, and ROI analysis to ensure cost-effective execution.
Experience leveraging consumer insights, market research, and performance analytics to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to build partnerships with agencies, media partners, sponsors, and internal teams.
