Are you passionate about connecting people to opportunity? Do you thrive using creative sourcing and marketing channels to deliver real hiring outcomes — at a pace and scale few organizations can match?

At Amazon, we are reinventing how to attract and hire exceptional talent at scale. The Attraction, Influence, and Marketing (AIM) organization is seeking a well-organized, data-driven, and self-motivated Marketing Manager to execute and scale Talent Marketing programs for India.

You are equal parts executor and analyst — comfortable building an integrated marketing plan with agency partners one day and presenting campaign results to leadership the next. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take full ownership of your workstreams, and know how to coordinate across partner teams whose roadmaps don't report to you. You understand that recruitment marketing isn't just advertising — it's hiring infrastructure — and you're energized by delivering measurable, repeatable results at scale. This role requires operational rigor, creative problem-solving, and a bias for action on a team that works hard and has fun.

This role supports the Talent Marketing India leader in developing and executing India's sourcing and marketing strategy across all Amazon sites — profiling target candidates, identifying appropriate channel levers, and building top-of-funnel demand to efficiently attract hourly talent. You will develop and execute local and national community engagement strategies, operationalize plans against KPIs tied to growing the hourly talent pipeline, reducing reliance on paid advertising. Additionally, you will author candidate communications, hiring event content, onboarding collateral, offer templates, and other marketing materials.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on data-driven candidate attraction initiatives, track market shifts in hourly candidate behavior, and contribute to market mapping and intelligence efforts. To succeed, you'll need to see the big picture while executing rapidly on the ground.

Key job responsibilities
• Work with internal and external agency teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs tailored for local markets, messaging on the employee value proposition and branding at country and business line levels
• Use data to rigorously assess channel and media effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and optimize to achieve marketing goals
• Maintain local staffing agency and marketing agencies including onboarding, project briefs, vendor management and payment processing
• Monitor channel analytics to measure effectiveness and forecast future spend and required activity by site/region
• Support multiple marketing programs end-to-end — from self-serve infrastructure to targeted activation for priority hiring domains
• Establish pre-pilot baselines in partnership with analytics teams, manage evaluation cycles, and present results to leadership
• Support tech integration requirements such as the transition from third-party tooling to Amazon-native infrastructure
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for assigned programs across analytics, PR, creative, and Central teams; contribute to cadenced reporting (WBR, MBR, HBR)
• Partner with analytics, performance marketing and other teams to validate attribution methodology, track baseline metrics, and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Maintain a thorough understanding of local employment trends and continually monitor competitor/industry developments
• Document processes, create playbooks, and maintain SOPs that enable programs to scale without proportional headcount growth

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Talent Marketing, Campaign Management, Data Analysis, and Candidate Sourcing. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
