自動車購入時に購入者が加入するワランティ（保証）制度（※購入した車の事故や故障の際の修理費用保証を行う制度）の事務局としての業務です
契約申込み、問合せ対応、及び関連する事務を担当いただきます

※ユニットチーフの場合は、以下に加えて業務管理者として複数業務の主任となり、品質維持管理や進捗管理、新規案件の導入支援もご担当いただきます。

事務作業（書類封入・開封・チェック、データ入力作業）
受電業務
その他業務ヘルプ等
派遣社員からのエスカレーションへの対応
その他、業務に関する営業やクライアントとの折衝

What you need to have / 求める経験スキル：

※ユニットチーフの場合は、以下に加えて部下の管理経験、業務効率化経験、スケジュール管理の経験が必須です。

複数の顧客企業の業務を担当し、納期などから優先順位をつけて処理を進められること
PCスキル：エクセル、ワード、OUTLOOK　ビジネスレベルで使用できるITリテラシー

What makes you stand out / 歓迎する経験スキル：

コールセンターあるいは事務センターでの就業経験
自動車を所有されている、あるいは所有されたことがある方※自動車関連の業務のため、自動車の知識（運転の経験や車検証に記載の内容が分かる程度）があると尚良い
高いコミュニケーション力
自らルールや規律が守れる方（派遣社員もいるため他のメンバーの模範になれるような方）
土日の営業（10時～18時）を行っている部署のため、シフト勤務ができる方
