マテリアルバイヤーとして、日本におけるITハードウェアおよびサービスの購買業務を管理します。このポジションはOpsTechソリューションズ・サプライチェーンチームのマテリアルマネジメント部門に属しエントリーレベルの職責を全うすることが責務となります。

この職務では、クロスファンクショナルなパートナーと緊密に協力し、スコープ、予算、スケジュールを満たしながらお客様に価値を提供します。プロジェクトは日本各地で行われ、世界各地のチームと現地・リモート作業を調整するための高いコミュニケーション能力が求められます。

主な職務内容
- 当地域内のIT関連ニーズに対する購買申請(PR)/購買注文(PO)プロセスの実行および/または管理
- サプライヤーの対応状況・納期管理について日本語と英語でコミュニケーションを行う
- 社内外のマテリアル関連問題における、サプライヤーとの主要な窓口となる
- 部品表(BOM)の概念、プロセス、一般的な規律についての深い理解を持つ
- 主要な需要予測インプット、トレンド、およびそれらがマテリアル/供給可能性に与える下流への影響を理解する
- 新規プロジェクトインテーク(NPI)からEOL(製品寿命終了)まで、すべてのデバイスをサポートし、製造終了後も保証要件を満たすマテリアル戦略を確立する
- 社内チームおよびサプライヤーと協力し、マテリアルマネジメントプロセスを継続的に改善するための戦略的ソリューションを実施する
- グローバルおよび地域のサプライヤーと緊密に連携し、必要に応じて不足を未然に防ぐ
- Coupaなどの購買管理ソフトウェアに精通している、または購買管理ソフトウェアの概念を理解している

複数のタイムゾーンにわたる多様なステークホルダーやベンダー/メーカーと、英語および日本語で協力して業務を行います。複雑かつクロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトで成功を導く能力が、この職務において不可欠です。戦略的思考と実務的な実行とのバランスを取りながら、常にお客様の体験を意思決定の最優先事項として考えます。

基本的な資格要件
- プログラムまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験2年以上
- サプライチェーン関連の経験1年以上
- 学士号または同等の学歴
- 業務レベルの英語および日本語(会話/読み書き)

好ましい資格要件
- 調達組織における調達、購買、サプライチェーン関連の業務経験3年以上
- 組織内の様々なレベルの複数のステークホルダーとの折衝経験を含むステークホルダーマネジメントの経験

Basic qualifications

- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
- 2+ years of program or project management 1+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred qualifications

- Experience as procurement/purchasing analyst, or other operational role within a procurement organization
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
