• Work Hours: Full-time with flexible working hours
• Profile: Licensed Physician and Surgeon with current professional certification and at least 3 years of professional experience as an occupational health physician in manufacturing environments. Demonstrated experience managing occupational health, conducting risk assessments, and implementing employee health and wellness programs.

• Job Overview:
The Occupational Health Physician will serve as a key medical leader at the Tepeji Plant, responsible for directing and managing all aspects of employee health services. This role includes overseeing occupational health risk assessments, clinical care delivery, and the development and implementation of preventive health strategies aligned with corporate standards. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with site leadership and multidisciplinary teams to improve workforce well-being and ensure compliance with applicable health regulations.


• Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational health risk assessments and oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of health programs based on data-driven risk information and workforce health needs.
  • Perform medical evaluations to determine employees’ fitness for duty and oversee clinical operations, including medical record management, data confidentiality, and medical supply inventories.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on occupational health policies, medical protocols, and wellness initiatives, providing expert guidance and advice to employees and leadership on health-related matters.
  • Coordinate and support vaccination campaigns, first-aid training, and medical emergency response procedures, ensuring timely and effective action during critical situations.
  • Lead preventive health and wellness initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining rigorous standards for data privacy and clinical documentation.

Job Qualifications

• Hard Skills:

  • Medical degree with a valid professional license and current certification.
  • Proven occupational health experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of occupational health risk assessment and preventive health programs.
  • Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations and clinical documentation standards.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to train and influence diverse audiences.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making in medical and emergency situations.

• Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience managing medical emergencies.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate health policies and regulatory compliance.
