Job Description:

Business Intelligenceチームは、EP事業におけるデータドリブンな意思決定を実現するため、データおよびアナリティクス基盤の構築・維持を担う。

各部署のステークホルダーと密接に連携して戦略的・オペレーショナルなニーズを把握し、それらをデータ・アナリティクスソリューションへと変換するとともに、ビジネスパフォーマンスおよび意思決定を支援する有用なインサイトを提供する。

主な職務・責任

戦略的・オペレーショナルなビジネスニーズを分析・解釈し、データドリブンなソリューションおよび実行可能なインサイトを提供する。

Microsoft Fabricを活用し、EP事業部のデータ基盤を構築・維持する。

EPのデータ基盤およびその他の関連データソースを活用し、Power BIレポートおよびダッシュボードを構築・維持する。

トレンド分析や各種ビジネス分析を実施し、ビジネスパフォーマンスにおける機会、リスク、変化を特定する。

市場、地域、製品、競合動向の分析を支援し、ビジネス理解および意思決定の質向上に貢献する。

関連するビジネスステークホルダーと連携し、BI・Analyticsに関するニーズを特定し、効果的なレポート・分析ソリューションへ落とし込む。

BIプロセス、データモデル、レポーティング、分析能力の開発および継続的な改善に貢献する。

EP事業の戦略および組織の優先事項に貢献するBI・データ関連のプロジェクトや施策を支援する。

EP事業全体でデータとアナリティクスの効果的な活用を促進し、意思決定の質とスピードの向上に貢献する。

日々の業務においてJohnson & JohnsonのCredoおよびLeadership Imperativesを理解し、実践する。
