DESCRIÇÃO DAS PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS / RESPONSABILIDADES:
• Acompanhar abastecimento de óleo Biodiesel;
• Operar as Caldeiras;
• Efetuar limpeza das máquinas e regulagem de combustão;
• Efetuar normas de segurança e manter a área organizada
• Efetuar análise de água;
• Dosar produtos químicos;
• Informa supervisores de normalidade no sistema."
• Efetuar medição de material particulado
• Verificar temperatura de água de resfriamento, nível de óleo do Carter e temperatura dos Mancais;
• Verificar temperatura da solução de propileno;
• Verificar concentração da solução de propileno e nível de óleo do Carter dos compressores.
• Efetuar regeneração de resinas catiônicas e aniônicas com produtos químicos;
• Manter a água dentro dos padrões de concentração de silício, cálcio, magnésio e ferro.
• Efetuar leitura no volume de caixa d’água;
• Efetuar leitura dos hidrômetros dos poços artesianos;
• Realizar análises químicas, físicas e biológicas;
• Preparar dosagens de produtos químicos;
• Operar Prensa de Lodo;
• Ter Controle estatístico de planilhas;
• Monitorar equipamentos;
• Monitorar resultados das análises físico-químicas, confrontando com requisitos legais e realização de ações corretivas em casos de não conformidade;
REQUISITOS:
- Curso Técnico em Eletrônica ou Mecânica
- Noção de utilidades
- Disponibilidade para 2º ou 3º turno
