Job Description:

🕒 Part-time role – 15 hours a week (can be worked over 2 or 3 days)
📍 Plymouth

🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What you’ll be doing:

Maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities.
Carry out basic building repairs and maintenance.
Support site safety, security, and emergency procedures.
Assist contractors working on site.
Help keep the site operational during adverse weather conditions.
Update maintenance records and support planned maintenance activities.

What we’re looking for:

Knowledge of basic ground maintenance activities
Knowledge of basic building services and maintenance activities
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels
Have at least a basic knowledge of computers and be capable of data entry
Driving license and own transport

This role would suit someone who has experience as a Caretaker or as a Janitor or someone who has recently left the services
