Are you passionate about music, entertainment, and building creative partnerships that drive growth at scale? Do you excel at identifying actionable insights that translate into growth initiatives? Amazon Music is seeking a Partner Growth Manager to execute partnership growth strategies. This role will own the end-to-end partnership marketing lifecycle — from planning through execution — working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive new audience growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Amazon Music.

For someone to be successful in this role, they need to embody the following:

Growth Marketing Executor: They must be a marketing professional with experience in partner-focused growth marketing. They execute growth strategies in ambiguous environments, use their knowledge and skills to decide which actions to take to meet goals, and design short-term solutions with limited guidance. Their work is tactical, and they are learning to be strategic.

Cross-Functional Influencer: They influence across external partners, internal teams, and geographies to deliver outcomes. They build consensus across diverse functions (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Business Development) and present recommendations to leadership.

Relationship Builder: They excel at fostering and maintaining strong relationships across all levels — from partner contacts to internal stakeholders — demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to earn trust and influence.

Data-Driven Decision Maker: They have a natural curiosity for analytics and metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. They dive deep into performance data to identify trends and optimize campaign performance across the customer lifecycle.

Results Oriented & Operationally Excellent: They take ownership and drive initiatives from concept to completion, mitigating immediate risks and making trade-offs between time, quality, and resources. They identify and optimize process improvements for the team to drive outputs and sustained growth impact.


Key job responsibilities
• Execute partner marketing and growth strategies for Amazon Music partners, delivering against customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals
• Own and execute go-to-market plans for partner launches for growth marketing efforts, including planning, execution, analysis/reporting, and optimization
• Continually optimize partnerships from launch through ongoing sustaining efforts to maximize offer discoverability, frequency in communications, share of voice, and identifying new opportunities within existing partnerships
• Implement and launch partner campaigns with the goal of delivering creative excellence that represents the Amazon Music brand and drives awareness through partners
• Dive deep into data to understand insights and learnings that inform strategy; manage performance reporting for partners and share market intelligence with stakeholders and teammates
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, BI/Data Science, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Business Development to deliver best-in-class campaign opportunities and assets for partners
• Identify and suggest process improvements to drive operational efficiency of the team and maximize impact
• Function at a global level, sharing best practices and scaling programs or campaigns that benefit multiple regions
• Experiment with new approaches to drive partnership success and raise the bar on growth marketing innovation


Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing projects in a fast pace environment
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
- Experience in ownership of projects and communicating timelines and executing independently
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in academic or professional settings
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or partnership marketing across industries such as music, entertainment, media, mobile, telecommunications, retail, or financial services

Preferred qualifications

- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- Experience in the entertainment industry, preferably within Podcasts or Music
- Experience in global and/or centralized partnership or growth marketing teams
- Experience creating centralized programs that can be leveraged on a global scale
- Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures
