The Position
El Pasante de Seguridad al Paciente apoya a la unidad de Seguridad del Paciente en la implementación y sostenibilidad del sistema de farmacovigilancia local. Además, contribuye al desarrollo e implementación de la estrategia de seguridad del paciente, colaborando con partes interesadas locales y globales para maximizar el impacto del equipo en la Pharma Vision.
Responsabilidades principales:
Soporte operativo en farmacovigilancia: Gestión de reportes de seguridad, revisión de canales de recolección y manejo de riesgos y comunicaciones relacionadas con la seguridad del paciente.
Cumplimiento corporativo: Apoyo en estudios, programas y entrenamientos relacionados con la seguridad del paciente.
Gestión documental: Organización de archivos de seguridad físicos y digitales conforme al programa interno (COREMAP).
Estrategia de seguridad del paciente: Contribución al diseño e implementación de procesos de farmacovigilancia sencillos y eficaces a nivel local.
Promoción de la autogestión: Facilitar la autogestión y colaboración del equipo en iniciativas de seguridad del paciente.
Quien eres:
Estudiante activo y avanzado de carreras de salud: Quimico Farmaceutico, Biomedicina, Medicina, Enfermeria y similares.
Disponibilidad de horario matutino.
Ingles Intermedio, especificamente ingles tecnico.
