We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to execute, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will focus on driving qualified leads, improving customer acquisition efficiency, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign results within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to improve CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Pixels, and UTM parameters.
Conduct A/B testing for advertising creatives, audiences, and placements to improve campaign effectiveness.
Monitor daily advertising spend and ensure campaigns remain within approved budget allocations.
Collaborate with Design and Content teams to develop and optimize advertising creatives based on campaign performance.
Coordinate with Data and Technology teams to ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
Work closely with Sales teams to monitor lead quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, challenges, and optimization recommendations.
Monitor advertising account status, campaign approvals, and technical issues to ensure campaign continuity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Media.
Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
Good understanding of performance marketing KPIs, including CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Pixel tracking, and UTM parameters.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend improvements.
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good command of both Arabic and English.
