Uma pessoa especialista em Data Analytics (Middle Mile Planning) facilita o fluxo de informações entre diferentes partes interessadas, cria/ desenvolve relatórios, dashboards e reports gerenciais para liderança direta LATAM (Latin America/ Brasil e Mexico). Além disso, trabalhará com stakeholders (Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, ATS, First Mile, Air e Last Mile, garantindo visibilidade de todas as métricas de Middle Mile Planning para todos os níveis de liderança. Essa pessoa aborda quaisquer possíveis problemas que ocorram em dados/ métricas e direciona visibilidade para tomada de decisão.

Key job responsibilities
Capacidade de extrair dados de vários bancos de dados (usando Excel, Access, SQL e/ou outros sistemas de gerenciamento de dados) e realizar relatórios e análises ad hoc conforme necessário.
Desenvolver e/ou compreender métricas de desempenho para ajudar a impulsionar os resultados operacionais e do business.
Deve ser capaz de entender rapidamente o impacto das métricas e respectivas tendências e tomar decisões que façam sentido com base nos dados disponíveis.
Deve ser capaz de encaminhar sistematicamente problemas ou variações nas informações e dados para os proprietários e equipes relevantes e cumprir as resoluções para garantir que sejam entregues.
Garantir excelência em Hyper CARE de dashboards e base de dados da área.
Trabalhe dentro de várias restrições de tempo para atender às necessidades críticas dos negócios, ao mesmo tempo em que mede e identifica as atividades realizadas.
Excelente comunicação, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para criar uma narrativa descrevendo as descobertas semanais e as variações das metas, e apresentá-las em um fórum de revisão.
Basic qualifications
- Knowledge of Excel
- Experience using SQL
- Experience developing PHY/MAC layer HW/SW targeting SoCs, FPGAs, and general-purpose processors

- Experience in transportation or supply chain
