Job Description

Just imagine improving paid search campaigns that connect shoppers with LEGO® products across global markets. Then make it real.

About the role

As our PPC Associate, you’ll join the LEGO® Global Media Activation team and help strengthen our branded digital ecosystem. You’ll use performance data to support LEGO.com, our online business and wider brand-building goals. This is a permanent role focused particularly on improving retail performance across the Americas.

Required Qualifications

  • Managed paid search campaigns for an agency or in-house digital marketing role.
  • Built account and keyword strategies using remarketing, performance targets, automation tools including working with Google Shopping.
  • Launched and optimized advertising through Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Created audience segments in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, then used them for campaign optimization and evaluation.
  • Allocated campaign budgets against planned activities, profitability measures and sales-growth outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Worked with performance dashboards using Tableau, PowerBi, Looker Studio or Omniscope.
  • Delivered global paid search campaigns involving market-specific content or language localization.
  • Operated bid-management platforms such as Search Ads 360, Skai or Marin.

What you’ll build

  • Identify optimization opportunities throughout the paid search marketing funnel.
  • Build, launch and monitor search, display, shopping and YouTube campaigns.
  • Manage daily campaign activity across Google and Microsoft advertising platforms.
  • Report campaign results and practical recommendations to internal partners.
  • Work with channel specialists to identify new performance opportunities across global markets.
  • Improve global campaign performance globally, with a key focus on the Americas.
  • Support projects connected to the team’s 2027 strategic goals.

If you’ve worked in paid search or a closely related digital marketing role, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn campaign activity into measurable improvements while continuing to learn.

Life on the team

You’ll join the Global Media Activation Paid Search team and report to its senior manager. You’ll work independently while staying closely connected to colleagues and the Americas retail team. The team values clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving and people who enjoy contributing without needing to take center stage.

What success looks like

During your first year, you’ll learn the team’s systems, complete work reliably, and contribute to shared performance targets. You’ll build confidence supporting a broad LEGO product portfolio and working with paid search specialists around the world. As your experience grows, you’ll help shape projects supporting the team’s 2027 priorities.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Ppc, Paid Search, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Optimization. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
