Process Mining Engineer

You are an enthusiastic and experienced developer in the field of process mining. As a Process Mining Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining process mining insights in our process mining tool Celonis. You will work on creating dashboards and analyzing data to gain insights and improve the efficiency of business processes.

It is important that you, as a Process Mining Engineer, ensure that we make optimal use of our process mining tools for analyses and insights so that improvements and optimizations in the mortgage processes are realized.

Responsibilities:

• Integrating received data into the data model of our process mining tool and maintaining that data model.

• Developing and implementing process mining insights within the mortgage chain.
• Creating dashboards and visualizations using our process mining tool Celonis, to effectively unlock process information to colleagues in the teams and to the business.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the process mining methodologies and techniques within the team.

• Collaborate with colleagues inside and outside your team, such as data engineers, data analysts, and business analysts, to design and implement the best process solutions.

• Supporting users in understanding and using the developed process mining insights.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, with DevOps Engineers and Customer Journey specialists (product and process managers). Who you are:

As a Process Mining Engineer, you have a passion for data and the use of data to analyze (digital) workflows and translate business wishes and process optimizations into concrete requirements. In addition, you have solid experience with process mining tooling, integrating organizational data sources with Celonis and you have experience and drive to optimize and digitize processes. Optimizations and improvements in the process are substantiated with concrete numbers and amounts. Collaboration is a matter of course for you, where you communicate well and clearly and know how to connect with your direct colleagues, users and other stakeholders. You are involved, you have a good dose of decisiveness and you take ownership. You also have:

• At least 5 years of work experience, of which at least 2 years in a similar position.
• Experience with process mining tooling and techniques (preferably Celonis) to recognize and analyze optimizations in processes and translate them into concrete and demonstrable improvements.
• Understanding business processes and the ability to analyze and understand complex digitized processes using data and data streams. Preferably in the mortgage process. 
• Knowledge and experience in working in an Agile environment where collaboration and continuous improvement form the basis.
