The ideal candidate must lead on tools and technologies and be strong in data analytic capabilities, influence stakeholders, and work independently while seeking guidance when needed. Strong strategic and tactical skills are essential, including balancing short and long-term needs, mitigating risks, and delivering simplified solutions. Excellent communication skills are crucial, with the ability to present to senior leadership and write strategic narratives. The role involves mentoring, recruitment, and process improvement. Key job responsibilities
• Own the full lifecycle of compliance digital tools, from requirements gathering and system design through configuration, integration, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions that meet AWS environmental and compliance objectives, driving enhancements that keep pace with evolving requirements.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to navigate ambiguity, define clear processes, and secure alignment in a fast-moving, highly technical environment.
• Serve as system admin and champion innovative solutions across established and emerging technical architectures.
• Drive structured change management, training, and onboarding to ensure teams adopt new tools effectively.
• Develop deep understanding of the business logic and architecture behind supported systems to resolve customer problems quickly and confidently.

Basic qualifications

- Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies
- Experience in an environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field

Preferred qualifications

- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products
- Experience with environmental regulations
