product-managementdeveloper-experiencebenchmarkingcustomer-onboarding

NVIDIA is redefining accelerated computing, and our Data Center CPU Product Management team is building the products and developer experiences that power the next generation of AI and data center infrastructure. We are looking for a Product Manager, Developer Experience to develop how customers and partners evaluate, adopt, and successfully use NVIDIA data center CPUs. This role combines hands-on customer evaluation with product ownership, using real-world developer experiences to identify friction and turn it into improved products, software, tools, documentation, and enablement. Working across customers, partners, engineering, performance, and go-to-market teams, you’ll help make complex workloads easier to onboard, evaluate, benchmark, and optimize. This is a hands-on product management role for someone who enjoys getting close to the technology and turning individual customer findings into scalable developer experiences.

What you'll be doing:

  • From onboarding, through implementation, results, and technical outcomes, you will provide the first impression of NVIDIA's CPU technology, and staff the front door to the product organization: lead the evaluation journey of customers and software partners. Contact to coordinate early access resources and scheduling. Build performance labs. Understand workload qualification requirements and environment readiness.
  • Collaborate directly with customers, solution architects, account teams, performance engineers, lab teams, and product and engineering organizations to effectively onboard real-world workload evaluation on NVIDIA data center CPUs.
  • Build the developer experience by translating recurring evaluation friction into prioritized improvements across products, software, tooling, documentation, and enablement.
  • Drive the first impressions of the product, including workload onboarding, performance setup, benchmarking expectations, tuning mentorship, and troubleshooting resources.
  • Build repeatable evaluation workflows, technical mentorship, and onboarding patterns that make each customer engagement easier and faster than the last.
  • Combine customer and partner input to form practical product requirements, separating specific support demands from developer-experience problems that require systemic solutions.
  • Define and monitor indicators of success related to evaluation readiness, onboarding duration, reproducibility, issue resolution, documentation coverage, and customer outcomes.

What we need to see:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, developer or partner enablement, solution architecture, performance engineering, or a similar technical function.
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading technical evaluations, preview or developer programs, workload onboarding, or similar customer-facing technical engagements.
  • Proven ability and interest in working hands-on with customers, systems, software stacks, workloads, and technical evaluation details.
  • Ability to translate customer and developer friction into clear product requirements, priorities, and scalable improvements.
  • Experience working alongside product, engineering, performance, field, and go-to-market groups to achieve technical and customer results.
  • Working knowledge of software ecosystems such as compilers, libraries, Linux distributions, frameworks, cloud infrastructure, or related technologies.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to build clear, detailed, and reusable technical documentation.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with CPUs, server platforms, AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, or performance benchmarking.
  • Experience reproducing customer workloads and documenting system configuration, machine state, benchmarking methodology, and command-line execution.
  • A track record of turning recurring customer or developer challenges into improvements to a product, tool, workflow, or developer experience.
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks, coding agents, open-source developer ecosystems, or AI workload evaluation.
  • Experience progressing from hands-on technical execution into broader product ownership and strategy.

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Product Management, Developer Experience, Benchmarking, and Customer Onboarding. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
