About the Role

At Félix, we are building the future of finances for Latinos in the US. Our wallet is an account and debit card that live inside the WhatsApp experience millions of our users already trust, built on stablecoin infrastructure. The technology underneath is complex. Our job is to make it feel like magic, so that for the user it is simply their money, available the moment they need it.As the Product Manager for Wallet Experience, you own what the wallet feels like to use: the dashboard, the conversational flows in WhatsApp, and the way the account, the card, and rewards come together into one coherent experience. You will lead a pod and work closely with leadership, engineers, designers, fraud, compliance, and operations. This is a role for a heavy cross-functional coordinator who thinks outside the box, with a keen eye for human-centered design and a real obsession with the customer.

Responsibilities

Own the Wallet Experience: Define and ship the dashboard, the WhatsApp conversational flows, and the multi-surface journey between them, ensuring the account, the card, and rewards feel like one unified product.
Simplify Complex Infrastructure: Take stablecoin-backed, non-custodial infrastructure and make it feel as simple as a regular bank balance. Decide what users see for every state their money can be in, and what they never need to see.
Design the Funding and Withdrawal Experience: Shape how adding and withdrawing money feels to the user—from onboarding to confirmation—in partnership with the Technical Product Manager who owns the underlying rails.
Lead the Pod: Set the roadmap, strategy, and priorities for your pod, working hand in hand with engineering and design to foster delivery excellence.
Stay Close to Users: Talk to users every week, run your own research, and turn support and operations insights into high-impact product decisions.
Experiment Relentlessly: Form hypotheses, run experiments across WhatsApp and the dashboard, measure results, and ship what works. You have no fear of getting your hands dirty and building.
Drive Usage Across the Organization: Be curious about the whole company, not just your specific surface. Find opportunities across operations, compliance, marketing, and other Félix products, driving them to delivery even when they live in someone else's area.
Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Align leadership, engineering, fraud, compliance, operations, and marketing to drive decisive progress without relying on formal authority

Requirements

Drive & Experience: 6+ years of product management (or adjacent experience as a hands-on builder) with extreme ownership and comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Product Simplification Track Record: Proven experience simplifying complex products into clear, intuitive user experiences—ideally within fintech, digital wallets, neobanks, or consumer financial products.
Funnel & Growth Ownership: Track record of owning acquisition, activation, or retention funnels and their core metrics (NPS, retention, conversion), with concrete examples of product changes that moved the needle.
Human-Centered & Customer-Obsessed: Hands-on experience running user research directly, maintaining a sharp, uncompromising point of view on experience quality.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Exceptional ability to align and orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams toward a single outcome.
Technical & Analytical Fluency: Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and architecture to collaborate effectively with engineers on what to expose versus hide. Ability to run simple SQL queries and leverage data to make informed, prioritized decisions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
These are the applicable requirements, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.

Nice To Have

Experience with digital wallets, crypto/blockchain, smart contracts, or card issuing/processing.
Hands-on experience building conversational, chat-based, or messaging-first consumer products (e.g., WhatsApp).
Experience designing complex onboarding or multi-surface journeys in consumer fintech.
