Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Supervise scripted productions throughout the entire production lifecycle, from development and pre-production through filming, post-production, and final delivery.
- Monitor production schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, production companies, creative teams, and operational departments to ensure production objectives are achieved.
- Review scripts and production plans to identify production requirements, operational considerations, and potential risks.
- Oversee production processes and workflows, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and technical requirements.
- Track production performance and provide regular status updates, reports, and escalation of issues where required.
- Support casting activities, talent engagement, contract coordination, and production logistics as necessary.
- Manage relationships with production partners and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
- Review production outputs, including dailies, rough cuts, and offline edits, to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify potential production risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact on delivery schedules and budgets.
- Resolve production, operational, and logistical issues efficiently while maintaining project continuity.
- Ensure all deliverables meet creative, technical, legal, and business requirements before final handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in television, film, scripted content, or media production.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within production environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple productions simultaneously from development through delivery.
- Strong understanding of the complete production lifecycle, including development, pre-production, production, post-production, and content delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, scheduling, and production planning.
- Strong knowledge of production operations, workflows, technical requirements, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience managing talent, agents, cast contracts, and production companies is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills in fast-paced production environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in production management systems, budgeting tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
