Amazon Japanでは、全国30以上のDelivery Station（DS）およびSub-Same Day（SSD）拠点で、廃棄物転換率（WDR）とエネルギー使用原単位（EUI）の目標達成に向けた従業員エンゲージメントプログラムを展開しています。本ポジションは、SARP/ESCサステナビリティアンバサダーサイクルと月次EUI/WDRデータ分析の2つのプログラムを主体的に運営するとともに、Worldwide Operations Sustainability, WW Employee Engagementチームに対する日本担当としての窓口業務を担います。

Key job responsibilities
SARP / ESCプログラム運営：
・JP AMZL全DSにおける月次サステナビリティアンバサダーサイクルの企画・実行・完了管理
・拠点へのアクション配信、進捗管理、結果のレポーティング
・ESCメンバーリスト更新、拠点間でのベストプラクティス共有
・エネルギー・廃棄物データ分析

月次EUIレポートの作成と関係チームへの共有：
・WDRの拠点別分析を行い、未達拠点の特定と改善アクションを提案
・リーダーシップ向けに、トレンドと具体的な打ち手をまとめたレポートを提供
・バイリンガルコンテンツの企画・制作

週次サステナビリティTips（英語/日本語）作成と配信：
・エネルギー管理・廃棄物削減・水資源保全などをテーマとした月次トレーニング資料（英語/日本語）の制作
・拠点横断のステークホルダー連携

Slackチャネルでの日常的なコミュニケーション：
・DSリーダー、DSM、RME、SE、EAP、外部ベンダーと連携し、課題解決を推進

WWOSとのグローバル連携：
・WWOS WW Employee Engagementチームと日本向けプログラム実行を調整：
・レポートへのインプット、年次アクション受入、Peak SOP（Standard Operating Procedure）の日本向けローカライズ
・新規プログラムの立ち上げ

各DSのSARP活動から着想を得て、年1回以上の新規サステナビリティプログラムを企画・全国展開

Amazon JP Ops Sustainabilityはアマゾンの配送を通じて発生する二酸化炭素と廃棄物を新技術とイノベーションによって削減し、サステナブルなオペレーションの構築を行う事をミッションとしています。

Basic qualifications

- プログラムコーディネーション、プロジェクト管理、またはオペレーション支援の実務経験
- 英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベル以上（読み書き・会話）
- Excel等を用いたデータ分析・レポート作成の経験
- 複数の業務を並行して自律的に進められる方
- 社内外の多様な関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力

Preferred qualifications

- サステナビリティ、環境マネジメント、ESG関連の業務経験
- Amazonオペレーション（特にDelivery Station）に関する知見
- 複数拠点や地理的に分散したチームとの調整経験
- EUIやWDRなど、エネルギー・廃棄物管理の指標に関する知識
- バイリンガルでのトレーニング資料やコミュニケーション資料の作成経験
