Building and monitoring project schedules, budgets and resource plans, and keeping milestones on track without compromising safety or quality.
Supervising site construction activity, reviewing methodologies, work sequences and logistics, and holding contractors to account.
Reviewing civil, structural and architectural drawings for constructability, and coordinating design changes, value engineering and risk assessments.
Resolving technical and construction issues quickly, and driving timely closure of RFIs, design clarifications and technical submittals.
Coordinating with MEP, commissioning and operations teams for a seamless handover.

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
8+ years in construction project management, including at least 5 years managing CSA works on mission critical facilities such as data centres.
Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, architectural finishes and infrastructure works.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; familiarity with BIM/Revit coordination.
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction management processes, plus an understanding of commissioning and handover requirements.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, planning and commercial awareness.
Hyperscale data centre project experience
PMP or PRINCE2 - construction management or health and safety certifications are nice to have

What You Can Expect

The opportunity to work alongside highly experienced engineering, construction and operations professionals.
A front-row seat in one of the fastest-growing sectors of digital infrastructure, supporting the expansion of DAMAC Digital's project portfolio.
