This position reports to:

Project Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: On Site

This role is contributing to the Project Management activities in ABB Apodaca Plant 1.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Process mapping
Identify key project milestones to keep track of order progress and fulfillment (engineering release, material ordering, material fulfillment, changes in shipping dates, etc.)

Creation and development of relevant dashboards help in the order pacing

Process automation

Document Control activities

Record Drawings and test report mailbox ownership

Customs report on shipped projects

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting.
Basic knowledge of SAP.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
