本ポジションでは、特に製造業界もしくは通信テレコム業界における経験と技術知見を持ったコンサルタントを募集しております。
Key job responsibilities
プロフェッショナルサービスのカスタマーフェイシングロールとして、業界知識や経験をいかしてお客様の課題を深掘り、根本原因を可視化して、解決案を整理します。
整理した解決案に対して、プロフェッショナルサービスによるコンサルティングソリューションを考案し、お客様に提案します。
コンサルティングの支援内容について、期間・金額・スコープ・作成物をお客様と合意し、契約締結を取りまとめます。
契約締結後に、プロジェクトリードとしてキックオフの開催、進捗の追跡、お客様のビジネスゴールとの継続的なアラインを行います。また、技術コンサルタントとしてハンズオンデリバリの役割を担い、自らの技術スキルをいかしてプロジェクトの成功に貢献します。
アカウントチーム（営業、SA、ほか）と連携し、お客様の中長期的なAWS利用の促進に貢献します。
Basic qualifications
- 特定業界（製造もしくは通信テレコム）における業界知識と業界経験
- エンタープライズカスタマーを担当した経験もしくはエンタープライズ企業での技術職の経験
- AI/ITコンサルティングもしくはAI/ITソリューションのプリセールスをした経験
Preferred qualifications
- 顧客との中長期的な信頼関係の構築に強みを持つ
- AI/IT戦略や事業戦略など顧客の戦略に踏み込んだ支援経験
- 顧客のビジネスイノベーション支援経験
- AI・クラウド・データ活用領域での技術的な強みを持つ
