PSP Coordinator

Propósito del puesto

Coordinar la ejecución operativa de los Programas de Soporte a Pacientes (PSP), Programas de Acceso a Pacientes (PAP) y Healthcare Support Services (HSS) en México, asegurando su implementación conforme al diseño aprobado, políticas, estándares y procedimientos aplicables de GSK y el marco regulatorio del país, así como la adecuada coordinación con vendors y equipos cross-funcionales para brindar servicios de soporte y apoyo a pacientes.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión y ejecución de programas PSP/HSS/PAP, coordinando la implementación operativa de los programas con los vendors correspondientes, asegurar la correcta entrega de servicios de soporte y dando seguimiento continuo al desempeño del programa, coordinando acciones correctivas cuando se identifiquen desviaciones respecto al plan aprobado o a los requisitos regulatorios y de gobernanza.

• Asegurar una correcta comunicación del programa con los equipos cross funcionales y los vendors involucrados y la capacitación del funcionamiento, operación y políticas de los programas tanto internamente como de terceros involucrados en el programa.

• Coordinar el desarrollo, actualización e implementación con vendors de scripts, materiales educativos, herramientas operativas y comunicaciones, asegurando que estén vigentes y aprobados conforme a los procesos internos antes de su uso en los programas.

• Operar los programas PSP/HSS/PAP bajo las políticas y procesos aplicables, asegurando el cumplimiento y resguardo de la documentación del programa, la correcta ejecución de Management Monitoring en coordinación con Pharmacovigilance y stakeholders, la actualización de los sistemas de tracking y reconciliaciones según estándares de GSK.
  
• Participar en la elaboración de propuestas de programas, matrices RACI y planes de riesgo en conjunto con equipos crossfuncionales.

Perfil Requerido

• Licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas (administración, ingeniería, mercadotecnia), en áreas de salud, farmacéutica o afines.
• Experiencia previa en coordinación de programas de soporte a pacientes, acceso, servicios de salud, o en roles de operaciones médicas/comerciales con interacción frecuente con HCPs y/o terceros.
• Experiencia en industria farmacéutica en áreas como PSP, servicios de salud, marketing, acceso, ventas o áreas comerciales dentro de la industria.
• Experiencia en el manejo de proveedores.
• Experiencia en trabajo de ambientes regulados, seguimiento de documentación y procesos.
• Experiencia manejando múltiples programas de manera simultánea y coordinando stakeholders cross-funcionales.

Deseable

• Experiencia previa trabajando con políticas en industria farmacéutica, idealmente en Programas de Soporte a Paciente, Diagnóstico.
• Inglés intermedio- avanzado
