Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP MM Manager to lead procurement and inventory transformation initiatives. This role demands deep functional expertise in SAP MM, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP projects across global landscapes. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, ensure process excellence, and mentor a team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP MM strategy, design, and delivery across implementation, rollout, and support projects.
Manage procurement lifecycle including sourcing, purchasing, vendor evaluation, and contract management.
Oversee inventory management, valuation, and logistics processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI, SD, PP, WM, Ariba) to ensure seamless integration.
Drive continuous improvement and system optimization aligned with business goals.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Mentor and guide junior consultants and associates.
Prepare and present executive-level reports and solution roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on SAP MM experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong expertise in SAP MM configuration, business process design, and integration.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields.
