Description:

• Assist to review and improve the key processes of the Facilities Management and make necessary recommendation/solutions.

• Assist in Customer Service Excellence Programme

• Support project management: Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

• Assist in day-to-day tasks: Support various operational activities, including administrative tasks, document preparation, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with different departments or teams to understand their objectives and provide assistance as needed.
• Provide general support: Assist team members with ad hoc requests, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure smooth workflow and effective teamwork

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field

• Strong communication skills: Ability to express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, and actively engage in team discussions.

• Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, documents, or any other tasks.

• Problem-solving mindset: Ability to think critically, analyze information, and propose practical solutions to challenges
