The Position
In deiner Rolle als R&D Spezialist (m/w/d) im Bereich quantitativer Massenspektrometrie bist du das analytische Rückgrat für die Quantifizierung diagnostisch relevanter Parameter. Deine Arbeit stellt sicher, dass Patienten weltweit vertrauenswürdige Ergebnisse erhalten. Das Team der Instrumental Analytics freut sich auf ein engagiertes neues Teammitglied zum gemeinsamen Austausch von Ideen und Erreichen von Erfolgen.
Die Chance
Du entwickelst eigenständig innovative Verfahren zur Probenvorbereitung aus Humanproben (Serum, Plasma, Vollblut, Urin) und wendest anspruchsvolle LC-MS/MSSysteme präzise an.
Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Neuentwicklung und Validierung komplexer massenspektrometrischer Referenzmethoden (RMPs) und optimierst bestehende Verfahren kontinuierlich.
Du wertest Daten softwarebasiert aus, erstellst GxP-konforme Dokumente sowie wissenschaftliche Publikationen und führst lückenlose Dokumentationen unter Einhaltung höchster Qualitätsstandards durch.
Du handhabst potenziell infektiöses Material verantwortungsbewusst und führst eigenständig Wartungs- sowie kleinere Reparaturarbeiten an den Systemen durch, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten.
Du bringst dein Fachwissen in die Erstellung von SOPs ein, präsentierst Ergebnisse vor Stakeholdern und betreust Studierende bei Praktika oder Abschlussarbeiten.
Wer du bist
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master of Science) in Chemie, Biochemie oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich.
Du hast 3–5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der analytischen Chemie mit Fokus auf quantitativer Massenspektrometrie.
Fundierte Hands-on-Expertise im Umgang mit HPLC-MS/MS--Systemen sowie gängigen Probenvorbereitungstechniken.
Praxisbewährte Kenntnisse in der softwarebasierten Auswertung komplexer Daten und ein tiefes Verständnis für GxP-, Qualitätskontroll- und Qualitätssicherungsverfahren.
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Freude am Wissenstransfer sowie fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
Die Stelle ist auf zwei Jahre befristet.
