Key job responsibilities

- Supervisionare progetti di miglioramento dei processi, ottimizzare la produttività e incrementare la qualità del servizio ai clienti all’interno della tua area di responsabilità.
- Analizzare le prestazioni dei turni rispetto agli obiettivi aziendali e mettere in atto azioni per migliorare la nostra eccellenza operativa.
- Lavorare in collaborazione con i colleghi manager per standardizzare le prassi adottate nei turni.
A day in the life
Lavorerai su turni presso uno dei nostri siti logistici, garantendo la massima produttività possibile. Il tuo obiettivo principale sarà promuovere una cultura della sicurezza e il rispetto degli standard di qualità e di performance durante i turni. Dovrai inoltre supervisionare le attività di miglioramento dei processi nella tua area e agevolarne l’implementazione. La tipica giornata di lavoro è molto varia: dovrai occuparti di attività di routine di gestione del team, avrai responsabilità quotidiane volte al miglioramento dei processi e iniziative contingenti di gestione operativa su più ampia scala. Dovrai anche fungere da esempio e da guida per i nuovi manager.
About the team
Il team Customer Fulfilment, o CF, è il nucleo originario di Amazon. Tutto è partito da un piccolo gruppo di librai, per poi diventare un team sofisticato dalla presenza globale, che gestisce oltre 1,5 milioni di ordini al giorno. Questo team è alla base della nostra attività ed è grazie al suo impegno che l’azienda ha saputo diversificarsi, ampliando la propria presenza geografica e l’offerta di servizi. Grazie alle nuove tecnologie, siamo sempre alla ricerca di modi per offrire una gamma di prodotti più ampia e migliore, con consegne tempestive a costi contenuti.
Il team CF è il primo anello della catena che ci permette di consegnare i prodotti con la velocità che ci contraddistingue. Opera all’interno dei Fulfilment Centre, aree chiave della frenetica rete operativa di Amazon e che a volte vengono definiti “First Mile”, primo miglio, perché è proprio lì che la maggior parte dei pacchi Amazon inizia il suo viaggio. Il team aiuta a gestire un inventario dinamico e agevola consegne tempestive 24 ore su 24.
Nei Fulfilment Centre operano le figure più disparate, quindi le opportunità abbondano e c’è bisogno di competenze eterogenee. C’è chi gestisce fisicamente i prodotti e chi si occupa di analizzare i dati per aiutare il personale a prendere decisioni oculate.
Basic qualifications
- Laurea triennale (Bachelor's degree)
- Esperienza nella gestione di team
- Esperienza nella comunicazione con un'ampia gamma di stakeholder, inclusi colleghi e leadership
- Esperienza nell'utilizzo di dati e metriche per individuare e guidare miglioramenti
- Parlare, scrivere e leggere fluentemente in italiano
- Parlare, scrivere e leggere fluentemente in inglese
Preferred qualifications
- Esperienza nell'utilizzo della tecnologia e nell'implementazione di principi Lean / metodologie Six Sigma per guidare miglioramenti di processo o equivalenti
- Esperienza in un ambiente logistico/operativo
- Esperienza nell'utilizzo della suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in un contesto professionale

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.
Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.
In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.
