We are now looking for a Restaurant Partnership Manager to join our team and support our rapidly growing restaurant business in Northern Israel, one of our largest and most strategically important regions.

What you’ll be doing

As a Restaurant Partnership Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring new Resturant partners are successfully onboarded and supported throughout their early days on the platform. You will act as the bridge between our Resturant Development and Platform teams, making sure every detail is in place before and after the onboarding of partners or area launches.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Identify potential new partners or opportunities in the area that fit Wolt’s Restaurant strategy.
• Act as the main point of contact for Restaurants partners in the northern areas during onboarding and the launch of new areas.
• Support the Sales Team with field-related activities and assist with daily operational tasks & launching new products.
• Prepare stores for go-live by coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring all operational elements are in place.
• Review and update menu item lists and product data to ensure accuracy and relevance on the Wolt platform.
• Coordinate the exchange of documentation with partners, ensuring all information is well-organized and compliant.
• Contribute to improving and streamlining our sales and onboarding processes by sharing insights from the field.

Our humble expectations*

We’re looking for someone experienced, proactive, and ready to take ownership of their work in a growing and evolving team. If you’re passionate about Restaurants, love working with people, and want to be part of something dynamic, this role might be a great fit.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in sales management roles, account management, field operations, or sales support.
• Based in the north of Israel, this is an almost fully local, field-focused role, so proximity to the region is a significant advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you know how to adjust your tone based on the audience.
• Strong attention to detail, structured approach to work, and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and systems.
• Independent and solution-oriented, with the drive to improve processes and make things better.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Valid driver’s license - this role includes regular field work in the northern areas
