What you'll do

• Welcome customers and create a positive, friendly experience every time they visit our store.
• Take the time to understand each customer's needs and recommend products, plans and services that genuinely suit their lifestyle and budget.
• Help customers discover the value of Optus products and services through natural, customer-focused conversations.
• Build confidence in technology by explaining products and solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
• Work with your team to achieve sales targets while ensuring every customer feels supported and valued.

What you'll bring

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building genuine relationships.
• Confidence identifying customer needs and recommending solutions that add value.
