Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a hands-on approach to managing department operations. We match our managers to specific specialist areas; such as Trading, Customer Service, Fresh, Online or Market Street, based on your unique strengths, experience, and where you'll make the biggest impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire Teams: Manage shift rotas, attendance, and talent development. Deliver multi-skilled training to build confident, flexible team members across your department.
Put Customers First: Lead your team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences, keeping standards high and acting on customer feedback.
Drive Department Performance: Lead a supportive, performance-driven environment, guiding your team to meet operational, availability, and sales targets.
Keep Operations Running Smoothly: Plan resources thoroughly, manage daily operational routines, ensure health and legal compliance, and collaborate across store departments.
