Resumen del Puesto**
El Asociado I de Riesgo Minorista apoya la gestión de riesgos en las operaciones de banca minorista, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la mitigación de posibles pérdidas.
Responsabilidades del Puesto**
* Colaborar en la identificación, evaluación y monitoreo de riesgos operativos y de crédito asociados a productos y servicios minoristas.
* Apoyar en la implementación y seguimiento de políticas y procedimientos de gestión de riesgos.
* Recopilar y analizar datos para la preparación de informes de riesgo, identificando tendencias y anomalías.
* Participar en la evaluación de la efectividad de los controles internos y proponer mejoras.
* Asistir en la capacitación sobre gestión de riesgos al personal de primera línea cuando sea necesario.
* Mantenerse actualizado sobre las regulaciones financieras y las mejores prácticas en gestión de riesgos minoristas.
* Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar una gestión integral del riesgo.
Cualificaciones del Puesto**
* Licenciatura en Finanzas, Economía, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
* Experiencia previa (mínimo 1 año) en banca, finanzas o gestión de riesgos, preferiblemente en el sector minorista (no limitante).
* Conocimiento básico de productos y servicios bancarios minoristas.
* Familiaridad con principios de gestión de riesgos y normativas financieras.
* Habilidad analítica y atención al detalle.
* Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel avanzado, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en español.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
